bands of my brothers

It can be a lofty thing for a little doggie, being fourth in a line of beloved doxies. So much history, so many expectations based on what his predecessors did and did not do before him. But I think tiny chumley bears the burden of his forebrothers well, readily carving out his own path to our hearts in ways we could have never imagined. Haikus, silly riddles, and goofy glances. Dancing, georging, and hunting. Even cross dressing, and now dressing up in the bands of his brothers, all because he can, because he will. Because he is Baxter, our little boy wonder.

Three more days, weather permitting, and our pack will be whole again. hooray!

Baxter I know what you're sayin'. I have 6 shorthairs to follow. Years and years for my mom and dad to remember and compare and contrast. They even have a huge collection of neck bands and tags. I look butt don't bother them.
I have some big paws tracks to fill, butt do it very much grrrreat. I'm just sayin'.
I can tell that you are doing the same.

Wow, that's a lot of bling for one neck to wear! Keep your head up, Baxter.

I love Baxter! And all of his brothers had a ton of tags just like he does! So cute.

Baxter you look totally adorable in your blingyness. You have big paws to fill, but lucky yours are manicured and ready for the job. As always, you rock.
