Well this is a predicament (as is the coffee which accidentally came out of my nose as I read your post - oowwie!). I don't think Dr Who and his TARDIS or James T. Kirk and the spaceship Enterprise can fix your gender-bending time travel problem. But, being a girl myself, all I can say is grrl (pronouced by doxies as "growl") power!!
...hmmmm, and too too lovely! What are your plans? I don't think surgery is an option . . .
