In the grand scheme of things, not many of us know the pleasure of being almost pushed out of bed during the night by a stubby legged little bed hog. Nor do many of us know the joy of waking up alongside one so eager to sniff our morning breath, and start their happy go lucky day with a mighty stretch.
We are the chosen few, those of us chosen to be loved by four legged little sausagey boys and girls. And we are forever spellbound . :)

Yeah another reason to be Dachshund happy this week. Carson, rowdy and Bette are back and all are well. Would your little van pick us up and do a road trip to Chicago?
