fingers and toes, tail and nose

The time has come again for tiny chumley to count to twelve or so, the number of days we will be apart while I am off with Auntie Robin on our crafty adventures while the little kielbasa and his dad stay home.

Baby dog, I will be gone , but know that til we meet again, I will be counting the days, on your fingers and toes and your tail and nose. :)

my mom can understand your mom very well! my mom cries too everytime we are apart. i bet next week there will be tears, because she is on holiday...

don't be sad! and when you get bored: just come over here and make your own holiday! :)

Twelve! Although that sounds like several opportunities for Chick-fil-A and cheese with Dad ...

Baxter - We promise to take good care of your mom while she's at the Bucktown artfest. We're hoping she'll get a good "doxie" fix with Ike, Otto, and Linus! But I know she'll miss you terribly!

I love the way you love your dog. I have a small standard named Lucy that looks a lot like your Baxter and I just love your website. Thank you so much. I also have a little mini chocolate named Nikki. I love my dogs so much but the way you show your love for Baxter has helped me love mine more. Have a great trip!

Amy Jo, isn't it the truth...she is such a good Mommy to The Baxt, aka Sir Chumley, etc. I love 'baby dog'... and the beautiful pictures she gets, with so much soul coming through those doxie eyes...I think both 'boys' are going to miss their favorite Lady...I know I will!! Glenda Burnside

Don't worry.... She will return. In the meantime, I'll watch for your wonderful adventures... and yes, napping is always a good way to pass the time.

Pawhugs, Max

This reminds me of my Doxie who passed away a few years ago. He always curled up next to me to comfort or sleep. I miss him so much. Thank you for sharing the photos.
