talking with daffodils

dear diary,
duk duk says he has no idea how long it will take for my kibble tree to grow, so yesterday i decided to ask the daffodils. thing is, they said they have never even heard of kibble, much less a kibble tree. what up wit dat? maybe it is because they are only bulbs and according to duk duk that means they need electricity to work right.

and, even if they did have electricity? well, i know that they are the flowerescent kind of bulb and let's just say they're not the brightest bulbs in the bunch, know what i mean? so i am still holdin out cuz i think this will really work.

oh well, maybe 2day i will ask the pinecone tree. even if it doesn't know, it is the tallest tree in my backyard so maybe it can look for somebody else's kibble tree and ask it. me so hungry, i sure hope it sprouts soon!

toodles!
b.

I hope your kibble tree grows. The flowers are beautiful but not nearly as tasty as a kibble tree would be! :)

Wow - your season is way ahead of Chicago, the daffodils are just sprouting out of the earth a few centimeters, not even close to blooming. NICE.
We wanna come over over and share from your Kibble tree when it's fruitful Baxter.

The waiting time is the worst part of your tree kibble project, right?
Be patient!
