dear diary,
i can't believe i hung out in the garage yesterday keeping mom company cuz guess what she was doin? yep, packing her car. to leave me. for six days. can u believe it?? sheesh i feel like such a rube. think i am going to stay here under her chair today. well until it is time for dad to play with me and feed me lunch. and maybe, well, i can sit in his lap. like every monday. but it's not going to be the same without mom in the house. oh well. maybe me n dad can have tons of fun without her. that'll show her!!

Oh no Baxter, what will you do with such a betrayal? I too, have fallen victim to a similar abandonment by my father. I hope you can pull through and I agree you should make her jealous. Then she won't keep leaving you behind.

yup!! have LOTS of fun with your dad Baxter!! your mom will get SO JEALOUS she'll either quit her job, or hire an assistant to go out of town for her. I think you should take lots of pictures too to show her what fun you've had ;)
