It's great that they can do it all in one day! That gives me hope for our rehab projects to come this summer...

um, well miss bludog, technically it probably was more like a day and a half cuz they put in the main part in like 8 hours, then the trim work took another couple to three the next day and the transition piece to the kitchen took maybe an hour or two cuz it had to be ripped down a bit n stained n stuff on the final day. so it still was not too bad but mom is very glad she did not do the kitchen too cuz then it totally would have taken forever. i helped mom choose 3/4" prefinished solid hardwood, the nail in kind. :)
hee hee thank u everybuddy and it's the fella with the green shirt that has the tasty ankles. i wonder if his terrier at home also likes to give him an ankle bath.. :)
lovely floor - hardwood is a good long-lasting choice. mine's just laminate ;)
