dear diary,
i have always wondered why they call today black friday and now i understand, because who wouldn't have black clouds over their head when your mom makes u take a bath and lose all the stink u had so much fun making from the day before? sheesh. when i skype grampa tonight, i will totally tell him to not feel bad for missing out on anything today and that he should be glad he still has his stink even if he is still in bed waiting for surgery.
anyhoo, lucky for me, i hear mom getting a snackie from the snackie jar so i think soon there will be sunshine again - hooray!

ps - i think a better way to celebrate black friday is with a little shopping, dontchoo? so i helped my mom set up a super special black friday calendar offer just 4 u. get them before they are all gone, and while u r there, don't forget to get your christmas cards and gifties and wall art too! :)

I think our mom's must have been in cahoots, Baxter, cause I actually got one YESTERDAY!! It was awful, as always, but the homemade pumpkin snackies mom made me made it allllll better. :)

You have Miss Poe's deepest sympathies, Baxter! She's still mad at mom for not sharing any turkey or pumpkin pie, but at least she didn't get a BATH!
Oh Baxter, we feel your pain! Who doesn't love a good stink-on.
Next time you talk to your Grandpa, please tell him Muffin and I are thinking of him and hope that he is feeling better real soon.
