This picture of Baxter and his buddy, Diesel, makes me laugh because their pose and positioning remind me kitschy yard art.
Who needs pink plastic flamingos for their front lawn when a pair of doxies will do? Would-be burgulars beware, doxies live here and they will bite your ankles! WooF!

Hey Baxter,
Nice to meet another dachshund. Mommy will fight to the death to save pne of us. We are still exhausted from the last 2 days that we haven't been able to read too much of your blog but we will come back soon.
Mommy is gonna do a post about all the DROH dachsies that were at the show, both foster and adopted dogs. The best thing about rescue is that once a dog gets adopted, their parents stick around and lots become new fosters, so it's really just one big happy family.
