redbud

Although there are many things that the little kielbasa can sniff and explore down at the level in which his little world normally revolves,  it seems only fair that tiny chumley should also get to enjoy the signs of spring that us taller beings take for granted.  Like gettting up close and personal with the pretty flowers of the redbud tree, thanks to a little help from his Uncle Dana.

ooh so pretty, and they smell so wonderful! Baxter's squinting eyes and wiggling nose proclaimed has he inhaled deeply into the purply pink flowers, detecting scent molecules imperceptible to the two legged members of his pack.  i wish uncle dana could carry me the rest of our walkies, cuz there's so much i wanna sniff up here!

Guinness always does his happy, yappy dance at Auntie Keren's feet, "Pick me up, please pick me up so I can join in the conversation!"

Great pics, B! But given your goombaness, I wonder if Uncle Dana's back and biceps are up to a long carry? I packed Minnie for most of a 3K dog walk once and I ached for days. =.)

Baxter - I thought, as your doggie dermatologist, we had this discussion last summer about your tanning! You may think that brown color looks good - but I don't want another call from your mom worried about a new spot she sees on your tummy. Plus, it ages your skin and you will look older sooner than you'd like!!
