Tiny chumley's tummy patience was thoroughly tested yesterday, having spent over 20 minutes squealing and gnawing and chucking his rawhide stuffed kong toy all over his grandma's house before finally giving in and dropping the source of his frustration at my feet.
mom, u know i cannot get this out e-z-lee. will u please hold it for me so i can nibble on the inside cuz i cannot visit with grandma until my tummy says i can!

I like to sit on the couch with my nonno when I have an important chewing project. He holds it while I gnaw it. We are a great team.
I need mom to hold mine too!! Or she sticks it in the couch cushions so I can get alllll the way down inside to the good stuff:) Hope you had a good time visiting with your grandma!

Ace and Sissy got Kong toys in their stockings this year, but we haven't tried them out. Oh my. Is this how I will be spending my days from now on? LOL
Oh, I knows the secret to cracking the kong. Sasha here. You needs to just chew it in half and then you can licks all the good stuff out of it so much easier. I did it back when I was a pup in like 15minutes time. Mommy refused to buy me another one though. I guess it is like the rubix cube for dogs. Once you crack it, it is just no fun anymore.
It's good you found a way to deal with that, so you could get on with the wonderful time of visiting with your grandma.

wow sasha, me did not know u could do that. maybe i need to find a hacksaw cuz i have not had any luck doing that kind of damage on my kong toy!
