back to school :)

i sure am glad we pooled the last of our summer gummy worms to buy a parking pass.  i usually do not look forward to the first day of school, but today is a whole different story now that we can pedal to school every day ourselves!

dear diary,

hooray! today me, duk duk, chocobot, lulu the tiger, and lil pink puppy all have special permission to stay home from school because guess what - we are going to help mom load a fresh new litter of teeny tiny doxie treasure boxes to etsy! and this time, not only is it a double litter of sixteen boxes total, but some are nakey nakey, and some wear bowties,  and some wear flowers,  and some are even playing with a supercool ballie this time!  yup, i know, it is very exciting, isn't it? i cannot wait to help them find new forever homes!

anyhoo, me and duk duk and chocobot and lulu the tiger and lil pink puppy have not yet decided on how we post the listings but if i have my way, we will be posting eight as we finish them during the day and then save the last eight for posting all at once at 8pm EST. or something like that.  it really depends on how much gumption we have, and we will try to sound the doot doot dooty doots via our instagram and facebook and twitter as best we can.

well diary, i best get on with my morning paw stretches because already i can tell i have a lot of typing ahead of me.  i hope u have a wondeful day!!

Today, just a little skype-y hello from two happy little munchkins, both anxious to be with their respective moms again.

 i am so glad we got to talk again today and oh, mom, can u please bring me home a snackie? and maybe one for lulu to take back when she goes home, so that way i do not have to share...okay, lulu, now it is your turn to say hello to your mom. but make it snappy bcuz i need to say nitey nite to my mom and then we can play princess ponypup with chocobot n lil pink puppy. :)

a lulu lookback :)

It has been a few years now since the little kielbasa and I started this blog.  As with so many things I never imagined would happen, I never imagined we would be here, mourning the passing and celebrating the life of a little friend whom we would not have met where it not for this world we created.  Today, just a few pictures of Lulu, some new, some old, but all I can assure you, cherished for the perfect foil to Baxter's unusual happy go lucky lifestyle, and for happiness and love she brought to us all. :)

wow, duk duk, for a tiger he sure is friendly.  yeah,  i cannot  believe he does not have home yet either.  i guess that is why he let us catch him.  tigers are usually pretty tricky when they are not eating their frosty flakes.  it is too bad we are going to have to untie him and let him go.  mom said we already foofie too much and unless mister tiger starts to learn english and eats less meat and more grain, well, let's just say every day is going to be stinko de mayo around here and we already have to beg mom just to celebrate it one day a -

...year.  but..tee hee, that tickles a little! well, i suppose we could ask her anyway and maybe he could come to school with us to learn non-foofieous forms of communication..oooh dat's nice...
(bup fweet buh squeeEEEeeeEEEEE)..and maybe if we promise mom to always do our chores without being reminded, and that  we will not play guess whose foofie inside anymore...

only, there is already a mister tiger at school.  we probably need to find u a new name...

field trip

Our tiny trio took a field trip this past weekend, visiting the super cool design-your-own fabric and print-on-demand mecca of Spoonflower, where as you might have guessed, we got to see fabrics being printed, treated, and cut for shipment to places far and near.













Tiny chumley of course, was hardly impressed with this  portion of our field trip, but he did enjoy our next stop at his little friend lulu's home, where it was fun to catch up and play...

...and then invade her toybox :)

o that was fun mom! next time we go to lulu's i think we can totally have a toyfriend clu-- um, a toyfriend meeting, dontchoo!! :) :)

hee hee, yep this is me and my friend lulu and yippee she will get to stay with us for a few days and so u know we are having a pupjama party only this picture was taken before we put our jammies on. mom says she is not sure what it is when doxies get together but they always seem hungrier when they are in a pack and that might explain why we spent a lot of the evening looking at her like this. well until we figured boo hoo we were not getting any xtra snackies for the night. 

anyhoo, lucky 4 me with lulu here mom said i do not have 2 go to school and so today methinks if it is not raining and after she and lil pink puppy n chocobot play glitter barbie beauty school then maybe i will show her all the new holes i made in the backyard and maybe we can make some new ones.

i hope u r having fun at your pupjama party cuz i know we are! :)

baxter and duk duk's motel park n bark complimentary dinner theater: captain arrr-eo and princess poopiet

okay mario, we will be right back! me n our other guest lulu, whom u have already met from last time you stayed at the motel park n bark, just have to put on our costumes and the worldwide premiere of me n duk duk's new play, "the pirate, the princess, the dragon, and plenty of snackies - a play in three courses as told by one very awesome and very hungry pirate", will begin in five minutes! in the meanwhile, please enjoy this bugs bunny cartoon that we will play for u on the ipad and if duk duk can get u a pre-play apooperitif or some fancy cheezy poof n salmon kibble poop d'ouvres, just let him know, okay?? okay, we will be right back. 

oh, and hee hee, do not poop anywhere i would not poop! which u know, really means u can poop practically anywhere here at the motel park n bark, especially when it is wet outside.  although, i see you would be pooping in your own bowl  of water so maybe that is not the best idea if u want to see our play clearly.  so maybe if i were u i would hold it.  or skip the cheezy poof n salmon kibble poop d-ouvres, cuz, they're tasty going in thru the front but mighty wicked on the back end if u know what i mean.

say what? but lulu,  what do u mean u do not want to be the princess in our premier pirate princess dragon and plenty of snackies play for mario?  i am supposed to be the pirate because i am a boy and i have way more experience.  well, okay, i would have more experience f it wasn't so hot this summer and mom would not let me n duk duk go pirate the seven seas.  and besides, we just told our very important guest that our play will be on in five minutes and this is the world wide premiere and everyone knows princesses are always girls and ... oh pleeeeeze play the princess, wontchoo? just look at all the wonderful things chocobot and lil pink puppy made for the princess to wear!

sigh. okay, u r the guest and the show must go on. let's get dressed and go see mario...

the scooby pact

 thank u for snuggling with me, scooby doo. and remember u promised in exchange for two mugs of monkey chow nog and three of my scooby snacks that u would not tell lulu about this and a promise is a promise bcuz she will be checking into the motel park n bark any minute now and even though i miss mom very much, i still want lulu to have a very good time during her stay.  cooties n all.

there is still much I want to learn about playing with Magic cards , but one thing i do know, somehow these bags that I helped my mom make yesterday will be very useful.  or at least that is what my uncle dana says because he asked us to make them for him and his magic playing friends so they could hold a pen and some dice and, well, extra bubble gum and i guess all the other stuff u need to play magic except the cards of course, and so we did! make them I mean.  and I am very excited because not only are they cool and use some of fabric samples that lulu's mom gave us (thank u again miss elizabeth! and a very u don't stink too bad for a girl hello to lulu too!) . oh but i was saying, so not only are the bags we made cool but they are loafy shaped, u know, just like me.  so that way uncle dana and his friends can think of me even if i cannot be there to learn how to play! 

anyhoo, i might ask mom if we can make one or two extra to take to school because me and duk duk have always wanted to save our tater tots from lunch and eat them later like Napoleon Dynamite does butchoo know since we are not allowed to wear pants we certainly cannot wear our pants with pockets  and so these little loafy would be very helpful for that if u know what i mean.  mmm tater tots.

okay fellow members of the poopie rocketts new adventurer club, we're agreed, right? these are the places we are going to visit this summer? because once we put words on  and load our map into mom's gps, there will be no changing things, so speak now or forever hold your poop!

okay, anybuddy see anything else we need to change?...yeah, i wish we had time to go to the lost moon of poosh too, chocobot.  at least by pedal car.  we could try and ask the doctor to take us but by the time he finished talking to us and started up the tardis, it'd be time to go back to school again, wouldn't it? 

plus the plan is to visit our human consulting detective counterparts on baker street and that will already stress our schedule enough. u know how sherlock gets if he has just figured out a case. it's like riding the bullet train in the smartypants lane to talkytown.  i only hope he slows down enough to take the time to understand the new poopie snake crime analysis methods that me and duk duk want to share with him.  it would save him a lot of trouble and the stink is so delightful! or,  you know he could be mopey and bored since watson does not know he is still alive yet in which case maybe he will totally want to go with us on the rest of our voyage, which is another reason why this map is so important. and we need to show it to mom so she can let us borrow her credit card for the journey because i am pretty sure the currency exchange rate for monkey chow, gummy worms, and poopie snakes are at an all time low right now.  because of the glut of supply over in greenland i read about in poopness week. anyhoo, let me just finish things up here before mom - 

oh, why hello mom! before u say anything me and duk duk already put the flag out and we cleaned the picnic table and we did everything else u asked us to get ready for the 4th. including not getting any firecrackers because we know how important it is for us to be good so we can go on our summer vacation that we are planning now. speaking of which, we were just borrowing your ipad to draw up our summer adventure vacation map and we are almost done! tomorrow we will show it to you okay? okay.  :) :)

counting cookies

...three,  four, seven, five, eleventy-two, ninety-zero point oh six, quadruple deuce astro eight, minus two, powerball twelvety nine, twenty-four! 

phew, that was a lot of work but with dad's help mixing and our teamwork rolling and cutting, we made twenty-four peanut butter and banana snackie cookies, duk duk! 

I am so glad our custom 3d printed snackie cutters came in the mail and we could use them now -  when we share our cookies with Santa and his reindeer tonight, there will be no question about who has been good this year and deserves all the presents in this neighborhood! 

what's that duk duk? oh yes I agree to make the cookies easier to cut, when we make the next batch with your name on it we should leave out the big chunks of oatmeal too. just like how it was a really good idea to leave out the parsley from that whole foods biscuit recipe we used because who on earth would want less stinky breath? I mean, if anything, we should be putting monkey chow and fishy bits in them! I bet Santa and his reindeer would really like that - not only would their breath stink but the sleigh would be super nitro monkey chow gas powered! in fact, if Santa himself ate enough of our cookies, he could power the whole sleigh all by himself, and Rudolph and all the other reindeer could stay here and play with us.  but by my calculations, hmmmm, hmmm...he would need...fourquadred, take the threeve and carry the eleventy..he would need five batches of monkey chow cookies. which means not only should your cookies and chocobot's cookies and lulu the tiger's cookies and lil pink puppy's cookies be made with monkey chow and fishy bits, but mine too!  hmmm..hmmm..I guess that means we should really start over but we really should not waste a perfectly good but less gassy batch of cookies..

hee hee, mom, can u please ask dad to start mixing another batch while we start eating this one? :) :)

whoa, chocobot, i think u r right. no wonder all the little puppies were so pokey.  i'd go slow too cuz i mean really, u know what they say. smelly is as smelly does. and puppies - no offense lil pink puppy - but at that age, puppies really do not know their snakeys from their swirlies..
























and look at that ferocious crow, he's all like, "haw haw, what a bunch of maroons. now u have nothing to put on your stoop!"..wait, what's that, lulu the tiger?  yeah i smell it, too.  let me ask her.

mom, how much longer do we have to read quietly and when it is finished cooling, may we each please have a slice of buttered cherry almond angel bread? :)

boy, i sure thought it would stink that mom is making us make our own lunchy lunches this year for school, but, i think it is going to turn out quite nice, dontchoo think, everybuddy? 

i mean, we have so many good ideas, the hardest part was figuring out what not to pack for our first day of school, really. 

I sure hope we packed enough peanut butter and smelly jelly cuz once everybuddy sees how the u know what u know whats the U know whatter, they are all gonna want one. ooh - how are we doing on time? 

okay, duk duk and lil pink puppy, u guys keep working on getting our lunchy lunch box 2 shut,  and I will get out of my jammies and fire up the pedal car while chocobot and lulu the tiger get our backpacks and tell mom we are on our way :)
